One such heartwarming story involves Russ, a Pitbull who found his forever home with Kayla Filoon, a 20-year-old student. Kayla volunteered as a dog walker at an animal shelter in Philadelphia called ACCT Philly. When Russ joined Kayla at work one day, it was love at first sight, and they formed an instant bond.
